4.5 RTC Battery

Removing the RTC Battery

To remove the RTC battery, follow the steps below and refer to figure 4-13, 4-14.

1. Remove the RTC battery cover.

2. Disconnect the RTC battery cable from connector PJ8760 on the IO board.

3. Lift up the insulator covering the RTC battery.
