IMPORTANT: The files must be downloaded and saved as instructed. If you simply open the files
in your browser and save the results, file contents are invalid.
1 Open a

bx8v5qz.html) on the server or workstation that you use to access ZENworks Control Center.
Then download and save the following files by right-clicking each file link in turn and
choosing to save the file.
