[2] Adjusting the LCT Paper Feed Roller
Pressure (C-305L only)
Caution: This adjustment is required when no
feed of paper occurs.

1
Open the jam access door .

Remove the two screws to remove the
weight plates.

Open the top cover.

Remove the spring.
5
Install a weight plate above the paper feed
rollers using the two screws removed in
step 2.

Close the jam access door and make a
copy to check whether paper is fed prop-
erly.

If paper is not fed properly, add another
weight plate and repeat steps 5 and 6.
Caution: Four weight plates come standard with
the LCT, and can be installled up to six.

ment must be carried out when a paper
feed jam occurs frequently or after re-
placement of the up/down wires of a
tray.
