1-2. Safety Instruction during Operating

1. When activating the machine, the saw blade must be placed around 20mm above the treated object to
avoid breaking of saw blade.
2. When activating the machine, hands or any objects shall not be placed on any moving units of machine.
3. While machine running, operators must not leave and shall pay attention to the surroundings to avoid
any objects closing to the running machine.
4. After operation, any foreign force can't be applied to prompt the stop of machine.
5. Treated objects must be clipped tightly. The balance/pressure bar may be applied to ensure smooth
operation.
6. Ensure no objects or persons around the moving path of saw before operation.
7. Operator can't touch the moving and still saw blade.
8. Saw frame is a fast moving unit, can't put on protection cover, hence, should not placed in the routine
passage of workers.
9. The screw handle of vice jaw shall not be placed in the routine path of workers to avoid hit resulting
from ignorance due to its location beneath the machine platform.
10. The side cover and protection cover of belt wheel can be removed for maintenance only by qualified
technicians, which must be restored after such maintenance/repair was done.
11. The shoe of operator must be dry to avoid power leakage and electric shock.
12. The cutting liquid must not exceed the maximum level of liquid meter to avoid splash which may slip
workers.
13. All treated objects must be fixed securely to avoid falling off or blade breaking.
14. All parts or accessories must not be removed freely, should be handled by qualified technicians
assigned by dealer or producer.
15. The power must be turned off after operation to avoid electric shock.
