5. Pouring in the clean hydraulic oil into oil tank
6. Never replenish in excess of the high position of oil
7. Life the saw frame between angles from 20
up till the oil level reaches the low position of oil, again to replenish the oil up to the high position of oil
8. Keep replenishing the oil while repeating the lifting up and pushing down actions, till the cycle of which

9. Use a wrench to tighten up the high pressure hose while manually pressing the saw frame down to the
bottom
10. Release the saw frame to let it lift freely after tightening
11. Normally, the saw frame will not lift automatically when pressure set between scale 3 and scale 5 (under
power off)
12. If the oil level doesn't reach the high position of oil after tightening, please replenish again to the place
13. Repeat the actions of pushing down and lifting up for saw frame about 10 times to force out the air inside
the oil tank
14. Restore the right side protection cover, clean up spilt hydraulic oil, so as to complete the replacing process
of hydraulic oil

9-3-1. Maintenance of Vice Jaw
1. Do not use leg or other tool to vise the treated object, or change the handle length of vise to enhance the
strength, doing so may damage the screw of vice jaw
2. Do not adjust the strength of vice freely, except the gap exceeds 0.3mm
3. Clean and remove the burry on the treated objects if any, to avoid damage to the vice
4. Keep clean of the sliding and moving sections of vice jaw, to avoid wear and tear of vice
5. Lubricate the screw of vice jaw monthly with specification-#4 oil so as to enlarge its life span; as the
following drawing:

6. Apply lubrication oil onto the screw and teeth while rotating its handle to ensure complete lubrication
7. To maintain with MOBILITH AW3 oil monthly
8. Restore the right side protection cover after maintenance
