Chapter 1. Safety Instruction

This instruction must be carefully read and abided by installation undertakers, operators, and
maintenance technicians. All hazardous locations of the machine are labeled with precaution marks,
which shall not be removed in any event to ensure the safety of operator and normal running of machine.
There are three sorts of caution marks as followings:

1-1. Safety Instruction before Operating

No trained or qualified person can not operate the machine.
1. Places of outdoors, with high humidity/temperature are prohibited
a. Temperature Range: from -25°C to 55°C ; b. Humidity: from 30% to 95% RH
2. Power voltage must be kept within tolerance of ±10%
3. Places of strong alkaline, acid are prohibited, which may erode the parts and cause danger, at least 500
meters from the seashore are required.
4. The marks and labels on the machines must be fully noticed and understood before installation.
5. Dangerous locations of machine must keep away from routine passage of people to avoid damage or
injury.
6. All caution marks of safety cover must not be removed in any event.
7. All safety devices, cautions must be moved, modified only by qualified person appointed by dealer or
producer, and must be restored after such change or modification.
8. Ensure all switches being on "Off" before turning on power to avoid accident.
9. Ensure the passage of transit, movement, run, and X, Y, Z axes, not being blocked by objects or persons
to avoid damage or injury.
10. Glove, tie, loose clothes are prohibited for operator/maintainer, hair must be wrapped tightly to avoid
accident.
11. Protection mask for eyes and ears are required to avoid metal ash, noise or strong light during
operation.
12. Unnecessary tools/ objects are prohibited on the machine, which may cause dangers.
13. Objects more than 30KG should be handled with crane lift to avoid injury or damage.
14. This machine can not be used in a potentially explosive atmosphere and never treat flammable or
explosive objects with this machine.
15. Preventing fluids (hydraulic oil/metalfluid) spillage onto the surrounding area and thus creating slipping
hazard.
Hazardous to the life or may cause severe injury of operator
Medium injury such as cut or hit to operator
Damage to machine or injury to operator
