3-2. Wooden Package for Exporting
Notices of Unpacking:
a. Check the appearance of wooden crate carefully.
b. Carefully unpack the wooden crate without damaging parts and machine.
c. Pay attention to nail, which must be disposed of properly to avoid environmental pollution.
d. Clean up the anti-rust oil on the machine after unpacking.
e. To examine accessories and documents.
f. In the case of any inquiry or question, advice local dealer or producer.
3-3. Delivery Process of Environment
The machine is treated with strict anti-rust and anti-damp processes; and is packed with rigid
and smoking wooden crate before delivery. Delivery process must avoid severe vibration which
may affect the performance of machine.
a. Delivery process must be clean, anti-water. Waterproof plastic bag must not be broken.
b. The temperature during delivery must be kept within -25°C to 55°C, and must not last more than
successive 10 hours of delivery under temperature exceeding 60°C.
c. The surrounding humidity must be kept within 30% to 75% RH.
Chapter 4. Installation of Machine
4-1. Installation Environment
4-1-1. Necessary Conditions of Installation Environment
a. The minimum requirement for all electrical equipment is correct operation between air temperature of
+5°C and +45°C.
b. Electrical equipment is capable of operating correctly when the relative humidity does not exceeding
50% at a maximum temperature of +45°C.
c. Electrical equipment is capable of operating correctly at altitude up to 1000 m.
d. Electrical equipment is designed to withstand to protected against the effects of transportation, and
storage temperature within a range of -25°C to +55°C and for short periods not exceeding 24h at up to +
70°C.
e. Avoid exposing to vibration environment.
f. Avoid exposing to direct sunlight or heat rays.
g. Have to connect to the factory grounding system correctly.
h. Away from electric magnetic interference source sites, such welding, discharge machine.
