9-4. Maintenance of Adjusting Screw of Saw Blade Tension

Tension adjustment of saw blade will affect the sawing precision, please maintain the parts according to
following steps:
a. Place the saw frame in proper height (as waist high)
b. Use #21 wrench to release adjusting nut
c. Use #13 and #14 wrenches to release
saw blade tension

d. Take out 1 . 2 . 3
e. Use clean cloth to clean up dust and iron dirt in
too much to avoid wastage
f. Insert the assembly of

h. Use wrench (#21) to tighten clockwise, and rotate to 1.5 to 2 circles to reach proper tension according

i. Tension must be released after job, to avoid fatigue tension
