Note: (1) Take saw frame as center, the projected end is the front of the machine; face to the front of the
machine, right hand side is the right of the machine.
(2) Test plate is used in substitution of the saw blade for measuring use, the width is 50 mm, and
thickness is 10 mm.
Inspection method
Test indicator be put on
the test plate(2) which is
mounted on the bow
frame, and be contacted
with the level or square
that is closely contact
with the clamping
surface of the clamp,
move the bow frame,
the max. difference of
the reading is the
measuring value.
Put test indicator on
level or square which is
being set on the table
surface, and also contact
with test plate (2) that
has being mounted on
the bow frame, move
the indicate or up and
down along one side of
either level or square,
the max. difference
reading is the measuring
value.
