4-3. Testing Procedure

4-3-1. Check before Testing
a. Only qualified technician/operator can test or touch the related switches/circuit to avoid accident or
damage.
b. Ensure to supply the required power voltage.
c. Ensure the completion of grounding with yellow/green cables.
d. Clean up unrelated person, obstacle in the surroundings.
e. Ensure the hydraulic liquid within maximum and minimum levels, as following figure:
f. Cutting liquid shall lie between the maximum and minimum levels, shown as following figure:
g. In the case of using cooling water, the ratio of oil against waster shall be 1:20.
h. Ensure all safety devices on right location, all switches must be "off".
i. Check the zeroing of pressure valve to avoid excessive pressure which may damage machine or saw
blade.
j. Ensure the top of material roller being the same height with cutting platform.
