a. Wear/tear of blade, incorrect teeth
a. Replace damaged blade with proper teeth
Refer to manual instruction to replace the parts
Tilt under proper pressure
b. Insufficient blade tension
b. Use tension meter to adjust to proper tension
Refer to manual instruction to adjust proper tension
Oil level of pressure adjusting value decreases abnormally
a. Leaking of oil hose or connector
a. Replace the pipe or connector if damaged
a. Refer to manual to repair, or contact dealer/producer to supply parts

b. Damaged or deteriorated O ring or in the valve
b. Replace O ring, type :P-12 or P-22A
b. Replenish hydraulic oil, type: MOBIL DTE Light 32#

c. Damaged or deteriorated O ring on the top or bottom of cylinder
c. Check the O rings on top or bottom covers, replace the ring, type:
(KP-200) G105, ensure the O ring placed into the trough without
outstanding part
