This parameter indicates the mode of alarm cutoff (ACO)
operation that is provided by the CPX-1000.

This parameter is reserved for a future release.

DELD
ACO is delayed to allow announcement
IMED
ACO is introduced automatically and
immediately at the CPX-1000
MAN
ACO is introduced by OS command or
manual operation
This parameter indicates the type of Alarm Indication Signal (AIS)
to be sent on the outgoing cross-connected signal when AIS is on
the incoming signal.
Note
This parameter is reserved for a future release.
Options
Description
FONES
Translate to framed all ones.
N
No. For AISPASS, translate to the AIS type of
the connected DS3.
NAS
North American Standard (default for AIST).
ONES
Translate to unframed all ones.
Y
Yes. For AISPASS, no translation, i.e., let the
incoming AIS pass through.
