This parameter identifies the IAD. iad_id is the
AID IAD.
This parameter lists the conditions or alarms that
occur on a CPX-1000.
This parameter indicates the effect of the event
based on the condition of the CPX-1000.

specific event or violation occurred.
This parameter indicates the time when the
specific event or violation occurred.
This parameter describes the alarm condition.
conddescr is a string and is optional.
