The CPX-1000 maintains logs of system events and messages. The
logs allow CPX-1000 users to retrieve operational system
information. The logs also provide historical information on
commands and alarms that are useful in understanding the current
and past system behavior. The log category includes the following
messages:
INIT–LOG (page 3-50)
REPT DBCHG (page 3-52)
RTRV–ATTR–LOG (page 3-53)
RTRV–LOG (page 3-54)
RTRV–LOG –TL1LOG (page 3-56)
SET–AT–LOG (page 3-57)
Read/Write
Initialize Log. This message instructs a CPX-1000 to initialize a
specified message log at a specified time. When this command is
executed, it does not change the current log attributes but clears
the contents of the existing log.
Note
A copy of the log is automatically created.
