Inhibit Message. This command instructs the CPX-1000 to disable
the transmission of autonomous messages. This message affects all
alarms for the Access Identifier specified. While autonomous
message transmission is inhibited on the CPX-1000, standing and
transitory conditions (alarmable and non-alarmable) are still
posted against the appropriate CPX-1000 entities.
This command is reversible using the following commands:
ALW-MSG
(ALW-MSG-<AIDType>
the transmission of autonomous messages.
RTRV-COND or RTRV-ALM
