40) Installing Flywheel
1.
Attach key to crankshaft and install flywheel. Tighten
flywheel nut to specified torque.
Flywheel puller kit :
P/N. 369-72211-0
Flywheel Nut :
50 N · m (37 lb · ft) [5.0 kgf · m]
2.
Attach igniter.
Thickness Gauge:
P/N. 353-72251-1
Igniter clearance:
0.3 mm (0.012 in)
Be careful not to scratch periphery of flywheel, or
sparking performance may be deteriorated.
Attach thermostat 1, gasket 2 and thermostat cap 3,

and tighten bolts to specified torque.
Thermostat cap mounting bolts:
6 N · m (4 lb · ft) [0.6 kgf · m]
