able to connect to it remotely as described in the operator manual.

Action A: Contact your IT department and ensure you can print to at least one printer from
other computers on the same network.
Cause B: Instrument is not connected to the network. Or, it is connected to a different
network than the printer.
Action B: Contact your IT department. If the instrument is on the network, you should be
able to connect to it remotely as described in the operator manual.
Cause C: The instrument does not have appropriate permissions.
Action C: Contact your IT department to change instrument permissions.
Cause D: An internal processing and/or hardware error has occurred.
Action D: Contact your Micromeritics Service Representative.
