Description
Circ/Insert Mismatch
A Circuit Type/Insert Mismatch alarm will be given when the
ventilator detects an incorrect combination of the selected
patient circuit type setting and the insert attached to the
ventilator.
The ventilator is set to one of the following incorrect
combinations:
Patient circuit type: Dual limb circuit / Single limb insert
Patient circuit type: Exhalation valve (single limb) circuit /
Dual limb insert
Medium
The ventilator will continue treatment with the same settings.
Connection of "higher" power source.
Description
Mode/Insert Mismatch
A Patient Mode/Insert Mismatch alarm will be given when the
ventilator detects an incorrect combination of the selected
patient mode setting and the insert attached to the ventilator.
The ventilator is set to one of the following incorrect
combinations:
Adult mode / Dual limb insert Paediatric
Paediatric mode / Dual limb insert Adult
Medium
The ventilator will continue treatment with the same settings.
