Using the alarm telephone
An alarm telephone displays Modular MICS system alarm
codes, should they occur. Alarm telephones are system digital
phones with two-line displays that are specifically assigned by
the installer to receive system alarm codes.
Reporting and recording alarm codes
If an alarm message appears on the alarm telephone display:
1. Record the alarm number.
2. Press
3. Call your installer or customer service representative and
report the alarm code.
4. After speaking to your installer or customer service
representative, press

and record the time displayed.
