Data Conference

Validate Account Number: This feature appears when the
Require Account Number to Dial option is checked. When this
is checked, the ViewStation validates user account numbers
against an account number profile assigned by the GMS
administrator.
Select Server URLs: Enter the IP address for the computer
where Global Management System is installed.
If access to the GAB server is not available, check for an
incorrect IP address in the Global Management screen
(System Info > Admin Setup > LAN/H.323 > Global
Management > GMS Setup).

Global Management Information

The Global Management information screen (System Info >
Admin Setup > LAN/H.323 > Global Management > Info 1)
provides for contact and support information for the Global
Management System.

In the Data Conference screen (System Info > Admin Setup >
Data Conference) enables or disables data conferencing through
Microsoft NetMeeting or a ShowStation IP.
