ViewStation User Guide
• ShowStation IP Checked: Enter the IP address of the
ShowStation IP.
• Off Checked: Data Conferencing is disabled.

Note T.120/NetMeeting is not available in H.323 calls.
The Telephone & Audio screen (System Info > Admin Setup >
Phone/Audio) is used to configure the following ViewStation
telephone and audio properties as shown in Figure 2-56:
System Telephone Number:
• Country Code: Enter the country code assigned to the
country in which the ViewStation is operating.
• Area Code: Enter the area, or STD code for the
ViewStation.
• Number: Enter the phone number for the POTS line
assigned to the ViewStation.
Room Phone Number: Enter the phone number assigned to the
room that contains the ViewStation.
Mute Auto Answer Calls:
• Checked: The ViewStation mutes near site audio when an
incoming call is automatically answered by the ViewStation.
