Symptom
Cannot view
presentation or
snapshots from the
web.
PowerPoint
presentation does not
export.

Cause
Security level set to "High" on Web
browser.
Wrong version of web browser.
Incorrect viewing password.
Wrong version of Microsoft
PowerPoint.
Insufficient disk space.
There are too many presentations
on the ViewStation. Only eight
presentations are allowed.
Presentation is too large.

Troubleshooting
Solution
Lower the security level on the Web
browser to "Medium" or "None."
For viewing snapshots or slides from
the Web, the ViewStation supports
Internet Explorer 3.02 or higher. The
ViewStation supports Netscape 4.0
or higher.
To check the slide and snapshot
viewing password and other
information about your presentation,
press the INFO button on the remote
control during a presentation. The
viewing password may be changed
on the Security screen.
Use Microsoft PowerPoint 97 or
2000.
Slides are converted to JPEG files
and are stored in the Windows/Temp
directory on your PC. Create more
disk space on your PC.
Delete some presentations from the
ViewStation and restart the system.
Separate large presentations into
two smaller presentations.
