As it has been shown at the beginning of this chapter, error can be consulted
directly from the screen, by pressing the connector in fault status and the
'Information' button.
However, in most cases, service staff wants to know this code in advance in order
to prepare the on-site assistance. This error code can be consulted remotely from
the log files.
