Omnidirectional Tilt Switch
The Tilt switch is connected directly to Mode 4 Board.
Mode 4 filters the signal, if the signal remains for more than 500 ms, then it
is decided that there is a problem and the board must give the tilt power stop
command which is sent to the A8 board via relay K204.1.
