Fig. 35 Gluing the paper
–
Overlap the paper of the new paper roll (1) by approx. 50 mm over the remaining piece of
the paper remaining in the interleaver (2) and stick carefully with an adhesive strip (3)
over the entire width of the paper.
NOTE
In order to avoid damage to the system, the adhesive strip must not protrude
on any side when the paper pieces are glued!
Fig. 36 Tensioning device
–
Place the compressed air gun (1) on the valve (2) of the tensioning device (3)
and blow in compressed air
–
In the case of sufficient air filling, the paper roll is firmly seated and the compressed air
gun must be removed during the inlet of compressed air to avoid a pressure loss within
the tensioning device.
Operating instructions Interleaver
0039
In order to simplify the process of paper
threading when changing a paper roll, the
remaining piece of paper still in the
interleaver can be glued to the paper of the
new paper roll.
To fix the paper roll on the roller mount,
the tensioning device must be filled with
compressed air.
For this, use the compressed air gun
supplied in the interleaver housing
