Fixing the paper roll and the paper course
NOTE
The alignment of the paper must only take place by the correct assembly of
the paper roll and the exact guidance at the cutting edge!
The adjusting rings to be used do NOT serve to guide the paper but are
only intended to help prevent a "wandering" of the paper on the shafts.

–
Align the stop ring (1) for the paper roll on the roller mount (2) (A) and secure
with a suitable tool.
–
In order not to hinder the functionality of the tensioning device, the recesses of the stop
ring (1) must be correctly aligned to the clamping mandrels (3) embedded in the roller
mount.
Fig. 29 Tensioning device
–
Place the compressed air gun (1) on the valve (2) of the tensioning device (3)
and blow in compressed air
–
In the case of sufficient air filling, the paper roll is firmly seated and the compressed air
gun must be removed during the inlet of compressed air to avoid a pressure loss within
the tensioning device.
