7.2 Setting up the interleaver with paper

A paper change is necessary when newly setting up or when there are in less than 5 layers of
paper on the roll. The necessity is indicated by the following message on the display of the
slider
(for control MPS 3)
Paper shortage
(with touch screen control)
Paper end, interleaver
The individual work steps for setting up the interleaver must be carried out to generate the
desired cutting result.
RISK OF INJURY
through revolving components.
WARNING
Clothing or hair can be caught in revolving components and cause
injuries.
– Deactivate the cutting line before performing adjustment work.
– Secure the insertion line from being switched on by third parties
with a padlock on the main switch.
