Paper roll with the required paper or foil material
The transport roller transports the paper at the necessary speed
further into the loop channel
The slip coupling compensates the different speeds of the paper
roller drive and the transport roller, thus enabling a uniform and
smooth paper delivery
In the loop channel, a specific paper quantity supply is always
kept under tension by an artificially generated suction in order to
compensate fluctuations in the conveying speed at the cutting
edge.
An additional housing cover is attached to the underside of the
interleaver in order to facilitate the cleaning of the interleaver.
The paper control unit continues to keep the paper coming from
the loop channel tensioned and in position in order to prevent a
return and "wandering" of the paper during conveying breaks..
The 90° deflection guides the paper in the direction of the cutting
edge/cutting head housing.
In order to prevent the ingress of water, cleaning agents and dirt,
the slider on the interleaver housing is closed upon deactivated
interleaver function and in the cleaning program.
