Insert the paper roll, thread in and align the paper (initial setting up)

When initially setting up the interleaver with paper, it is necessary to place and align the paper

manually over the individual drive and deflection shafts in order to determine and correctly

adjust the course of the paper.

Open the pressure valve (1) on the quick-release device (2) by pressing and release the

compressed air.

Repositioning the paper roll

NOTE

When inserting the new paper roll, it must be ensured that the paper

conveyance is done in a "clockwise" direction (by turning to the right)!

When inserting a new paper roll, the air

pressure from the quick-release device must

be relieved at the roller mount.

To do this, press the pressure valve slightly

with a firm object or your finger.

The clamping pins are therefore no longer

under pressure and the paper roll can be

easily removed or repositioned.

Since the paper conveyance takes place in a

specified direction of rotation, the paper

roll must be placed on the quick-release

device as shown in the adjacent figure.
