Opening the housing cover

– Extend the CCU and/or dismantle the portioning and control belt.
(see operating instructions of the slicer)
– Loosen the hygiene screws (1) of the cover (2) by turning to the left.
– Remove the cover of the interleaver housing upwards.
NOTE
When assembling in the cutting area of the slicer, urgently observe the safety
information in the operating instructions!

– Open door (1) of the interleaver housing.
– Loosen the locking bolt (2) by pulling and remove the interleaver unit (3).
To obtain access to the interleaver housing
from above, extend the CCU according to
the operating instructions of the slider or
dismantle the portioning and control belt if
necessary.
Then remove the housing cover of the
interleaver upwards.

Open the door of the interleaver housing and
pull out the interleaver unit.
