7.4.1 Step Editor Pane
Each step within a protocol can be edited using the Step Editor pane, which is
displayed on the right when a single step is selected.

Description
A perfusion step sets
the pressure and well
group(s) states for a
specified duration.
See description in Manual
Mode Tab for more details on
how to control perfusion.
A Temperature Set step turns
On/Off the temperature
control and sets the target
temperature.
The state of temperature
control and the target
setpoint will remain until
the next Temperature Set
step, or when the protocol
completes.
A Gas Set step sets the gas
environment conditions: flow
can be On/Off, A/B, and
Slow/Fast.
The state of gas flow will
remain until the next Gas Set
step, or when the protocol
completes.
