4. 7 Open tasks
If open tasks are generated, enter these in the list of open tasks.
They will also appear in Current open tasks, followed by the number of tasks.
Clicking on the information icon a takes you to the list of open tasks.
In the list of Open tasks, you can save all patient data that has not yet been saved.
NOTE: It is possible to save the data for one patient to a CD/DVD. The data from several patients

cannot be saved on a single optical data carrier.
Saving data
1. Tap on Open tasks.
$ The patient data which still needs to be saved is displayed.
2. Check the data set.
a. If necessary, change the destination directory.
b. If saving data to a CD, DVD or USB drive, have writeable data carriers at the ready.
3. Work through the data sets one after the other by tapping on Retry or Burn CD for CDs and
DVDs.
$ Each time data has been burnt, the dialog window Label CD/DVD opens.
$ The CD/DVD can be ejected.
If you have burnt a CD or DVD, label the data carrier immediately afterwards as per the label
suggestion. This prevents mix-ups when assigning labels to data carriers.
NOTE: Destinations which cannot be accessed can be reassigned.
