Editing and finishing the checklist
The orange triangle above the progress bar indicates the editing status of the checklist.
The progress bar indicates a subdivision of the checklist into editing phases: the steps. You can
browse backward and forward within a step using the arrow keys.
The transitions between the steps are signaled with gates. A gate is used to monitor the
documentation of a step: if a step is not documented as required, a dialog box opens with a report on
the missing documentation.
1. Start with the patient data and place a checkmark to confirm the entries.
NOTE: Without entering the patient's last name, the checklist cannot be finished after editing.

2. Tap on Next on the right edge.
3. Edit the checkpoints of the step.
a. Confirm that the tasks have been completed and all open questions have been answered by
placing the required checkmark.
b. Answer closed questions by selecting one of the Selection buttons.
If you have skipped the documentation of individual checkpoints and the dialog window Missing
checkmarks in a step appears as a result, select one of the following actions:
• Select Complete if you want to jump directly back to the location of the missing documentation to
fill them out.
• Select Cancel to close the dialog window and navigate to the location of the missing
documentation manually using the arrow keys.
• Select Skip if you want to skip over the documentation and finish it at a later point in time.
NOTE: Checkpoints that have not been documented are indicated in the progress indicator with a
1
warning symbol.
4. Edit all the steps of the checklist as described above.
5. To finish the checklist, tap on Finish.
