Description of the program functions
Profile management
The application allows you to save different configuration screen settings in relation to personnel
and personnel groups, and to use these in the form of profiles. Profile management is split into 3
categories.
Default profile (preset)
This profile is pre-defined and contains all settings for administering the application.
Editing the default profile:
NOTE: The user account OR1User is set as the default:

1. Click on the configuration button and log in with the role of Application Administrator.
$ Once logged in, the Manage profile dialog window will appear.
2. Click on the selection list and select the entry Default Profile.
3. Then click on Edit.
$ Once the configuration screen has opened, you will be able to edit the standard profile.
Group profile (optional)
This profile allows you to allocate different settings to personnel groups in addition to the default
profile, such as the creation of field-related export destinations. Group profiles contain fewer setting
options than the default profile.
Activating a group profile
1. To create group profiles, open the configuration as an Application Administrator and then go to
'User administration > Role administration'.
2. Place a check mark next to ‚Activate group profile'.
