In the input masks Team 1 and Team 2, enter the existing personnel resources so as to make
these available to the user in the selection lists on the user interface.
Enter the data in a DICOM-compliant manner in the order stated and separated by commas.
[Last name, first name, middle name, title, prefix/suffix]

NOTE: If you wish to delete an entry from the list, highlight it and tap on Remove.
