Saving data on a USB stick
Under Name, enter a designation for the target.
Under Template, select the nature of the report which is to be added to data saving.
• For each template type, select how many columns the report is to be divided into.
• Select Procedure if in the configuration for the user interface several input masks are set up for the
procedure data.
• Select Simple if in the configuration for the user interface a single input mask is set up for input of
the procedure data.
• Select Image if you want an anonymous report only with the images created and the header.
• Select Image, ..., No header if you want an anonymous report only with the images created.
WARNING: When an anonymous report is printed, there is a risk of mix ups and of the report being

assigned to the wrong patient.
• Select No PDF if you do not want an additional report.
• Select No logo if you want a report with 4 images per page.
WARNING: Please note that when transferring data to a USB stick, the transfer process will need to

be complete before the system is switched off. Otherwise, data may be lost.
