4. 3. 3 Checklist
In this module, you edit a safety checklist for surgical procedures.
Use of the checklist can be divided into the following phases:
• Selecting and starting a checklist
• Editing the points in the checklist
• Finishing the checklist
Selecting and starting a checklist
1. Tap on Checklist in the main menu.
$ The Select Checklist start screen opens.
NOTE: The selection of a checklist cannot be canceled.

2. Select the checklist you require and press OK to confirm.
$ The selected checklist starts.
$ Any patient and procedure information which has already been entered is displayed.
$ The progress indicator for the editing of the checklist is shown.
