2 Zweckbestimmung
Retraktoren dienen zum Weghalten von Gewebe oder
Organen aus dem Operationsfeld und gegebenenfalls
zum Befestigen eines Magenbandes. Zusätzlich
kann ein Retraktor zum Greifen von Gewebe in
der laparoskopischen Chirurgie, Gynäkologie und
Urologie verwendet werden. Retraktoren sind zur
vorübergehenden Anwendung bei chirurgisch invasiven
Eingriffen bestimmt.
3 Indikation
Laparoskopischer Eingriff in den Bereichen der
Chirurgie, Gynäkologie und Urologie, bei welchem
mittels eines geschaffenen Zugangs in den Bauchraum
durch die Bauchdecke ein intraabdomineller Befund
therapiert werden soll.
4 Kontraindikation
Kontraindikationen, die sich direkt auf die beschriebenen
Produkte beziehen, sind derzeit nicht bekannt.
Der Einsatz von Retraktoren ist dann kontraindiziert,
wenn nach Einschätzung des behandelnden Arztes
die OP-Methode kontraindiziert ist oder aufgrund
des Allgemeinzustandes des Patienten die OP- bzw.
Narkosefähigkeit nicht gegeben ist.
Retraktoren dürfen nicht für Eingriffe in direktem Kontakt
mit dem ZNS (Zentralen Nervensystem) und dem
zentralen Herzkreislaufsystem verwendet werden.
Es wird empfohlen, vor der Verwendung die
Eignung der Produkte für den geplanten Eingriff zu
überprüfen.

2 Intended use
Retractors serve to hold tissue and organs out of the
operating field and, if necessary, to secure a gastric
band. In addition, a retractor can be used to grasp tissue
during laparoscopic surgery, gynecology and urology.
Retractors are designed for temporary use in surgical
invasive interventions.
3 Indications
Laparoscopic intervention in the fields of surgery,
gynecology and urology in which access is created into
the abdominal cavity through the abdominal wall to allow
intraabdominal findings to be treated.
4 Contraindications
No contraindications relating directly to the products
described are currently known.
The use of retractors is contraindicated if, in the opinion
of the attending physician, the surgical method as such
is contraindicated, or if the patient is not able to undergo
surgery or anesthesia due to his or her general condition.
Retractors must not be used for interventions in direct
contact with the central nervous system (CNS) and
central cardiovascular system.
It is recommended that the suitability of the products
for the intended procedure be checked prior to use.

2 Uso previsto
Los retractores sirven para mantener tejidos u órganos
alejados del campo operatorio y, dado el caso, para
sujetar una banda gástrica. Adicionalmente, los
retractores pueden emplearse para sujetar tejidos
en cirugía laparoscópica, ginecología y urología. Los
retractores están previstos para su aplicación transitoria
en intervenciones quirúrgicas invasivas.
3 Indicaciones
Intervención laparoscópica en las especialidades de
cirugía, ginecología y urología, durante la cual se genera
un acceso a la cavidad abdominal a través de la pared
abdominal, de modo que se pueda someter a terapia un
hallazgo intraabdominal.
4 Contraindicaciones
No se conocen actualmente contraindicaciones que se
refieran directamente a los productos descritos.
La utilización de retractores está contraindicada cuando,
según la opinión del médico encargado del tratamiento,
el método quirúrgico esté contraindicado o, debido al
estado general del paciente, no pueda administrarse
anestesia o practicarse cirugía.
Los retractores no deben utilizarse en intervenciones
que requieran contacto directo con el SNC (sistema
nervioso central) y el sistema circulatorio central.
Antes de su utilización, se recomienda comprobar
la idoneidad de los productos en cuanto a la
intervención planeada.
