NOTE: The system requires that you enter all details in the mandatory fields at the latest when saving
1
data. The system does not allow you to save incomplete data. For this reason, you should compile the
outline data prior to the surgical procedure whenever possible.
NOTE: You can enter data using either the on-screen keyboard or an external connected keyboard. In
1
some cases, you can select predefined entries using a selection field.
On-screen keyboard
The on-screen keyboard is set up like a standard PC keyboard and is used in the same way.
NOTE: The keys on the on-screen keyboard are arranged similarly to normal keyboards, with the
1
arrangement varying for different countries. If the language is changed, the keyboard layout will change
accordingly.
NOTE: The connected keyboard and selected language settings must be compatible. Please set the
1
languages accordingly (see software description, chapter 5.3, 'General' module).
Compiling the outline data for the surgical procedure manually
Compile the data for the procedure manually or load a data set from the DICOM worklist.
NOTE: You can find out how to load a data set from the DICOM worklist in the following section.
1
NOTE: Your entries are saved automatically.
1
Data entry

configuration mode for the scope of documentation.
• Expanded entry when at least one of the three data areas (team-, procedure- or instrument-related
data) has been enabled.
NOTE: By double-clicking in the header a, the menu with the patient data for the current patient will
1
open.
