User interface
In the General menu, specify the possible documentation scope and options under the User
interface tab.
Selecting the patient input mask
You can choose from three different entry screens depending on the specific requirements.
• Minimal patient entry
• Standard patient entry
• Extended patient entry
Visible sections for extended patient entry
Define the scope of documentation which is to be available for each procedure.
• Place a check mark next to Team related data if the surgical team is to be documented in full.
• Place a check mark next to Procedure related data if the nature of the procedure is to be
documented in full.
• Place a check mark next to Instrument related data if the instruments used are to be
documented in full.
• Remove the check marks if you wish to restrict the documentation to
- patient data, including the anatomical region and body side
- medical specialization
- nature of the surgical procedure
- responsible surgeon
