<DecelerationTime>
This parameter defines the output signal's maximum rate of change. The deceleration time corresponds to the
time that the signal needs for a change of 100 to 0 %.
The deceleration time can be specified in seconds with the gradation 1 s, 100 ms, 10 ms, 1 ms.
7.1.3.5.3 Ramp type 3 - four-quadrant ramp
This function limits the input signal's rate of change to an acceleration time and a deceleration time, each sep-
arated for the positive and negative sides.
Activated with ramp type (0x63B0) = 3.
