Bit 10 - Limit value reached
If this bit is activated, one of the setpoints is limited by the corresponding limit function set with the demand
value generator functions.

Bit 11 - Control deviation
If this bit is activated, a control deviation is indicated by one of the control monitoring functions, i.e., the control
deviation has been outside the set tolerance band for the duration of the delay time.

If this bit is activated, flushing mode is active.

5.4 Bootup of the device
The bootup procedure is according to the DS 301. The parameter 0x200F (<PowerOnDelay>) allows to delay
the bootup procedure before establishing the communication and pump function. The power on delay time is
provided in seconds.
