7 Pump functions

7.1.2.4 Scaling

This function is used to scale the position setpoint, i.e., to influence the input signal's value range. The output
signal is derived from an offset and the multiplication of the input signal with a factor (sets the signal's slope)
according to the following function:

Factor by which the input is multiplied. It is calculated from a numerator (upper 16 bits of the parameter) and a
denominator (lower 16 bits of the parameter).
