FBO Active Leaf #2 Installation Procedure

With the Pivot Block and Swing Arm already installed, move

Block and Fixed Nose Guide information, reference
Installation
Section)
Note!
A Swing Arm is to be installed on active leaf #2 in all applications
where Positive Latch or "C" Handle options are chosen. For
standard units, a Fixed Nose Guide is used.
9. With the Active Leaf #2 swung out, away from carrier, slide
PSA arm into carrier so that it is recessed 1/4" and adjust
PSA arm so that Ball Catch aligns and secures door. (See
Fig A and B) (Reference
Adjustments
sections.)
10. Move active leaf #2 toward pivot plate, in a manner that
allows the Fixed Nose Guide/Swing Arm on Sidelite to slide
through Guide block and into track at bottom of panel. (See
Fig C)

FBO Active Leaf #1 Installation Procedure

move outer carrier for active leaf #1 away from other doors.
(See Fig A)
12. With Active Leaf #1 swung out, away from carrier, slide PSA

and secures door. (See Fig A and B)
13. Move active leaf #1 toward pivot plate, in a manner that
allows the Swing Arm on Sidelite to slide through Guide
block and into track at bottom of panel. (See Fig C)
14. Adjust Wedge Damper to desired friction. (Damper should
hold the door in place when fully open.) (See
Adjustment
Section)
15. Breakout door and tighten the vertical adjustment screw on
the PSA arm to lift the lead edge of the door and ball catch
into alignment with the ball catch receiver. See PSA Arm
Illustration Fig D. Slide door to the fully open position. For
