7. Mark the position of the PSA arm in the Carrier.
8. Break #2 Leaf out enough to access the first screw (1) in
PSA arm.
9. Make certain the rear of PSA arm is still on the mark and
tighten PSA arm screw (1). This screw will act as a pivot
point for PSA arm.
10. Install screw (4) into Adjustment Block (5) and install
Adjustment Block under PSA arm as shown.
11. Adjust vertical adjustment screw (4) to lift leading edge of
door. Check Panel for being level as shown and check Panel
alignment between Ball Catch and Ball Catch Receiver.
12. After completing adjustment, tighten screws (2 and 3).
13. Check #1 Leaf for being level by placing a level on Muntin
Bar (Glazing Bar).
14. Check height of bottom of the #2 Leaf compared to bottom of
#1 Leaf. They must be the same to avoid damage to Bottom
Guide Assembly. (Note, the distance between the highest
place on the floor to the bottom of the #1 Leaf must be no
less than 1/8±1/16". Once this distance has been
established, all leveling is done from Panel-to-Panel.)
15. To adjust the height of #1 Panel, loosen Wheel Bracket bolts
and Anti-Riser bolts. Use a 10mm wrench to turn adjustment
screws on Wheel Brackets to move the Panel up or down.
