FSL, Active Leaf #1 Installation Procedure

1. Position #1 Leaf so the bottom roller guide wheels can be
inserted into cutout in bottom horizontal rail of #2 Leaf.
2. Slide the #1 Leaf forward until PSA arm lines up with the #1
Leaf Carrier.
3. Place the end of the PSA arm into the #1 Leaf Carrier.
Continue pulling the #1 Leaf forward until the PSA arm is
pulled completely into the #1 Leaf Carrier.
4. When the PSA arm is completely in the carrier, the back of
the PSA arm should be recessed into the carrier by
approximately ¼ inch.
5. To adjust the height of #1 Leaf, loosen wheel bracket bolts
and anti-riser bolts. Use a 10mm wrench to turn adjustment
screws on Wheel Brackets to move Panel up or down.
Adjust #1 Leaf up so the roller guide is inside #2 Leaf and
moves freely without binding on floor or bottom of door.

6. To adjust #1 Leaf, slowly attempt to close #1 Leaf to see if
Panel is level. Check the alignment of the Ball Catch
between the #1 Leaf and the Carrier. Make certain Ball Catch
will engage properly. Adjust position of the PSA arm in the
Carrier if it is needed.
