Water Pump Cover Fastener

TORQUE
Torque until fully seated.
133 ft-lbs (180 Nm)
Torque to specification, back of 180 degrees,
retorque to specification.
14 ft-lb (19 Nm)
Replace camshaft sprocket bolt if loosened or
removed.
9 ft-lb (12 Nm)
Lubricate seal with engine oil. Turn by hand until
filter gasket contacts sealing surface, then turn an
additional 3/4 turn
11 ft-lbs (15 Nm)
Apply Loctite 516 sealant to first two thread under
plug head
12 ft-lbs (16 Nm)
59.75 in-lbs (6.75 Nm )
20 ft-lbs (27 Nm)
8.8 ft-lbs (12 Nm)
