4. Inspect inside of hub for wear, galling, or uneven
surface.
5. Inspect crankshaft bearing surface
wear.
6. Remove starter gear from the flywheel assembly.

7. Remove the three one-way clutch retaining bolts.
8. Remove clutch and inspect both sides of drive rollers

9. Inspect drive surface of starter gear

replace clutch, clutch hub, and starter gear.
