Command or Query.
Set remote baud rate in the form xxxx, where:
9600 = 9600 baud
19K2 = 19200 baud

Note: When changing baud rates remotely the response to the
command will be returned using the same baud rate as that used
to send the command.
Query only.
Returns the condition of the summary fault relay where:
0 = Not Faulted (SumFLT_COM J6 pin K is connected to
SumFLT_NO J6 pin L, and SumFLT_NC J6 pin M is open)
1 = Faulted (SumFLT_COM J6 pin K is connected to
SumFLT_NC J6 pin M, and SumFLT_NO J6 pin L is open)
