Reports concise version of RFS. response is comma delimited in
the form xxx,xxx,x.x,x.x,..........,x.x

Set User-defined string to identify or name the unit or station. The
CID is a 24-byte field of data that is entered as one line, but it will
be read back from the unit as two 12-byte lines of data.
